Conscious deep breathing that is rhythmic and diaphragm (belly) oriented, relaxes our body and mind. U cud have a look at yogic breathing and pranayama in some good books on Yoga to get a complete idea.

Calm Breathing....is you are breathing with Awareness Calmly !! : )).............and Sometime You will enjoy it....that time you have to know that U R actually in Rhythmic Breathing....which match with the Breathing of Universe...........(Don't Understand ?.....Okey....U Keep Breathing......) !!! ; ))
