Former World Boxing Champion Muhammad Ali's daughter Laila made her ring debut against April Fowler of Michigan City, Indiana on October 8, 1999 at the Turning Stone Casino Convention Center on the Oneida Indian Nation in Verona, New York. Laila Ali's ring debut occurred just one day before that was supposed to be d first male-female professional bout ever 2b sanctioned by a US State boxing commission ..later ruled, & better named, an exhibition. Do we in India have such boxing exhibitions event in women & how far we will be successful???

First let them encourage the exiting boxers and then we will think about this. None of the sports have been given due recognition other than cricket followed by tennis
