AlgaeCal is a new discovery - an organic, plant-sourced calcium derived from a South American marine algae called Algas Calcareas.
Chances are the calcium supplement you are taking now is made from limestone or marble. The label will say "calcium carbonate" or "calcium citrate", which is nothing more than ground up stone. Do you eat rocks in any other food or supplement? Then why swallow inedible calcium pills! Have you found calcium pills are large and hard to swallow, then they constipate you or cause gas and bloating? Unfortunately these symptoms are just the tip of the iceberg. These are just early indicators of a much more serious problem.

In chemical terms, calcium is reactive and soft for a metal (though harder than lead, it can be cut with a knife with difficulty). It is a silvery metallic element that must be extracted by electrolysis from a fused salt like calcium chloride
