The RBI Governor, on more than one occasion, has taken a tougher stance on the rate cut.

All these so called assumptions are just assumptions. He seems to be one man who stands his ground if he is not convinced that rate cuts are warranted.

I would prefer to wait and watch till it is officially announced.
