In diplomatic relations, Pakistan may be classified under the C or D category, For India, the US comes under category A. For the US, India may be under category B or C. Now you have got a glimpse of the diplomatic status of countries in various categories.
Though Pakistan may not be enjoying such high diplomatic status, considering the fact that Pak is a hot bed or hub of international terrorism and a source of constant headache on account of waging proxy war against India, only a seasoned diplomat can handle the hot seat of Ambassador to Pak. Tennis or feminine beauty can do nothing in resovling diferences between India and Pak.
If you are so particular to send Sania Mirza as an Ambassador, she may be sent to Malaysia or singapore, category D countries. The fact that her husband is a Pakistani, does not confer on Sania any special advantage diplomatically.
