BUDGET : There is another SCHOOL OF THOUGHTS : WHY a chunk of TAX-PAYERS' money should go to total waste, for doles/grants /subsidies to the so-called " AM-ADMI" who have nothing to contribute for the country- other than a single vote, in their lifetime ?

They r the agricultural n construction labourers ,marginal farmers, coolies n other people who live below poverty line.They have got the same right on the resources of the country as the rich.Therefore, there is no reason as to why they should not be given subsidies,grants etc.

Yes sir. but the aam aadmi is 80 percent and it is their vote that counts. and to appease them , the vote begging people can stoop to any level
