Obviously he is more interested in rural development as it enhances the valuation of his land banking.
Allocation for agriculture goes down the drain in the name of loan waiver and fertiliser subsidy. When the agriculture land is shrinking, wtz the use of enhancing the budget for agriculture?

The affluent agriculturists should not be exempted from taxes There are thousands of doctors running nursing homes and having a small piece of land and escaping taxation in the name of agriculture income. No record of cash fees earned by them. Pathologists, sonographist do the same.
Big land lords earning more than 5 lakh per years, why are they spared; in addition to enjoying the interest free loan which they float in the market to re-loan to the farmers for earning interest.
