Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the proper Sales Representative via e-mail, radio,
work order, and/or phone;
Maintain the Sales files (commercial/industrial) according to company policy;
Enter and track sales agreements in the sales computer system on a daily basis;
Type and set up bid files;
Type as requested, quotes and general correspondence, as directed by the Sales Manager;
Assist customers on requests that can be handled internally;
Quote temporary roll-off work on an as-needed basis;
Enter CSR visits into the computer system;
