Well if u r talking about Kassab and separatists in India, the INdian govt itself takes care of them. Ajmal Kassab is given basmati rice and our loyal citizens have to starve to death in some un-gazetted hellhole. Separatist leaders from Jammu and Kashmir are given COMMANDO SECURITY and common people can't even enjoy proper police security. So I guess both you and I and a billion other people are financing separatist outfits in India in 1 way or another.....

Well, if u r talking about worldwide Islamic terrorists, the chief culprits would b Saudi and the USA. The US gave birth to ISlamic fanaticism by unseating the rightful owners of the Saudi throne- the liberal Hussien family- now ruling over JORDAN and installing pro US Wahabi extremists into power. Then, Wahabis were favoured because Islamic fanaticals were the only Muslims against Communism in cold war days :) All other Muslims....AND HINDUS....liked it. We all loved the USSR.
