Do we Indians ,have a false sense of proud about many things we do not deserve?

And some of them are proud for not being proud on wrong grounds... it's all the same. the sense of pride is a moral booster for most people, let them be that way, why borrow the western snobbery to look them down?

That is the case with every one else in this world. When we feel proud of something that is not worth us then we turn into hypocrites. Eventually we are depriving some one else some where who is worthy of it.
