BPL SHD BE GIVE CONCESSION IN PRICES OF PETROL, SC/ ST SHOULD BE GIVEN EDUCATION FOR FREE, BUT SHOULD THEY BE PROTECTED AGAINST THE RIGHT OF OTHER PEOPLE: dOES THIS POLICY NOT CREATE A NEW FIELD OF DISCRIMINATION TO MAKE THE YOUTH OF OTHER CLASS PEOPLE TO STARVE OR DIE?

Sir, itz all age old requirements and mostly no more relavent.
At first place, if we go by definition of BPL, what they will do with the concession in petrol and diesel price - sell it in black market?
Now castes and religions are existing only for the purpose of vote banks and reservations whereas in real life those classes are no more existing.
Only ppl. those who deserve any financial support are senior citizens, physically & mentally challenged ppl. and ppl. who can not even afford day to day requirement of life which is also questionable if we once lookin to their life style.
