Sincerity & willingness to win is the key-factor of those athletes .... which is rarely there among Indians...not only that there is more politics in identifying the real athlete in India which not there in other performing nations....

I think, that there is nothing that we can't do.
We too belong to this planet as Bolt does. The same Good Earth for us as it is for him or for the others.
What we lack is camaraderie, the quality of affording easy familiarity and sociability among the people.
Even if all the facilities are given including monetary help etc, the relationship between the coaches and the players, the relationship between players among themselves, lacks camaraderie.
What governs our behaviour towards each other is, unfortunately, regionalism, language and not to speak of the religion and caste factor.
We have seen in news papers (with photographs) that sportsmen and women who participated in sports on a National level even, working as labourers in brick kilns after that. Surely they reached National level, but their 'family back ground' was not so interesting as to attract the interest of those who are at the helm of affairs.
We can't have a Bolt from amongst us.

We are a different country
Different atmosphere
Different situations
Our athletes will also perform in the way that Bolt has performed
But it will take lot of effort and lot of time
