The words "bluetooth" originally had nothing really to do with wireless electronics. It comes from an ancient Danish king, Harald Blatand, who was called "bluetooth". THe name was used by the Swedish telephone company, Nokia, to describe the product, because it was a reference understood by the Scandanavian countries. as an analogy for the joining of communication sources.
