Although blind people cannot see, they can feel, imagine and their other senses are normally stronger by nature to compensate for the lack of vision. Hence, they can also dream.

The sense of love and affection is build up by birth. Blinds are also not deprived of love. The blind has more sixth sense as the they could not see the practical world and thus imaginary power grow more stronger like Homer and in calcutta high court, Sadhan Gupta was the Additional Advocate general, his daughter is also not blind, a good lawyer. There are examples Famous singer like Krishna chandra dey, uncle of Manna DEY. THUS THE BLIND CAN DREAM FOR HAVING STRONG SIXTH SENSE..

We dream in the way, we experience the world, which includes not only the sense of sight, but smell, sound, taste etc.
Similarly blind people also dream in the way they experiencing life while awake!
