When Candidates contesting from two constituencies and getting elected from both,in that case when one seat is left vacate should the candidate in 2nd position automatically get elected in that consituency? as a large sum of money is spend in re election. that to of taxpayers money

Yes, it is from government only and tax payers money......Actually if any body contests from two constituencies and got elected both seats and resigns , for conducting re election for the vacant seat , instead of bearing expenses by the government, the government should ask the resigned candidate / party to bear the elections expenses. To this effect, the rule should be amended accordingly.........................

Good suggestion , but in india there is a problem. if Sahabuddin/ pappu yadav looses but comes 2nd, he will threaten to kill the winner or his chidren and make him resign
