'Govinda' means 'cow finder'.
In sanskrit 'go' means gaaya(cow).....and 'vinda' means 'findeing'.
Govinda is also another name of lord Krishna.

granthi: Sanskrit word meaning knot; attachment.
guhya: Sanskrit word meaning "hidden" or "secret" ...
Govinda: Another name for Krishna, who is also referred to as Gopala.
Granthi: Blockages of energy within the body. Literally, a "knot". In order to experience self-realization, the knots must be released.!!
