Balanced diet and a regular exercise regime is the best way to loose weight and also to maintain the weight loss. do not go in for any crash diets as it will only harm your health in the long run.

For anyboy to reduce weight one should go for morning walk of 5 kns everyday,reduce oil intake,sugar intak ric.sugar,slt nd monitor what you eat.Whenver u feel sitting get up and walk few hundred yards ,Gradually u will reduce weight to atleast 8kgs in two months

Now i being a diabetes diagnostic counselor, now i dont know what u eat (eg. like fast food, fatty things) yes if u r used to this food stuff then please avoid and make sure that u go for a morning jogging and do some pranayams for atleat 10 minutes. and i advice u to go undergo for a liver function, Thyriod test and the most important lipid profile this tests will help u to see the body cholesterol that has developed inside ur body covering the heart. so please consult with a nice physician (md) this is prasanna chettri giving u some suggestion for ur fattyness.
