Hi! To tighten the tummy you need to do some abdominal exercises.
1- Oblique crunches
2- Regular Crunches
These exercises will tighten the abdominal muscles that stretch & loosen because of pregnancy. It will take time for the tummy to get back to pre pregnancy state so be patient.
It is important that you also exercise your back if you are exercising the abs so that you dont suffer from back problems or body imbalance. So add on a couple of back exercises-
1- Back hyper extensions
2- Leg raises, lying in a face down position.
Creams will not help to tighten the tummy & there is no cure for stretchmarks.

Lie down on your back and try lifting your body upto sitting position. Do this regularly for about 50 times every day. Exercising your abdominal muscles is the only answer. You can't get rid of the pregnancy lines. At the most they get faded but still remain visible. Reducing weight is also essential.

Sitting and sleeping after meals should be avoided. Take luke warm water after your meals. Avoid refigerated water totally. Use lumbo-sacral belt, or a domestic chadar tightly around your waste when you are not sleeping or not at work. Have brisk walk whenever you walk. Try to do morning walk out of the house, on the terrace, or in the room briskly for not less than forty minutes. Tummy is always problematic so its reduction must be taken care of as a routine. Adopt yog asans, many of them, will help you a lot.
