Wide Roads, Less Pollution, Good Railway stations, BEST transport service, Harber line is connected to Mumbai and Thane,Outstations reservations are available in Vashi ,Belapur for railway, Direct Buses are available for Pune, Banglore and Goa. Air Conditioned Buses from BEST and N.M.M.T.( for NaviMumbai and Mumbai also for Pune and Goa etc.) Wide Nallas for drainage system, Gardens for Childrens to play for every sector in each node. Beach etc.
