Japanese cuisine. That's the short answer.
If you want health food, the key is to cut down on oil. So instead of making mutton biryani, make mutton plov and health factor improves....also aboriginal food is healthy since they cook w/ direct flame or on coal rather than on tawas w/ oil etc.
