The book called Teach Yourself, The Piano by King Palmer is fantastic. King Palmer is an Associate and Licentiate of the Royal Academy of Music and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. A Prolific Composer in many different styles from solo voice to military and brass bands. Go for it for a success !

You cannot learn to play the piano from a book! You need the guidance of a teacher who can immediately correct your mistakes when playing and guide you to the proper technique!
