The CNN News figure of 1.5 million Americans converting to Islam is nonsensical! That may be the estimated number of Muslim who are US residents. (Since US census does not ask about religion, no accurate data is available. Which is why ignorant people make up all sorts of silly numbers. Moreover any child educated in the public schools of US is unlikely to remain a Muslim even if his/her parents claim to be Muslim!)

% is not correct way to represent the data as it does not give correct picture. i.e
Suppose you have something which is 1 and then it becomes 2 so the % increase is 100% and you have something 100 and it become 101 the % increase is 1%. These are all marketing Gimmicks.
