Mental disorder is itself is a contradictory term. You should know what's the order to describe 'disorder'. In case of mental or more correctly brain and mind combination's working no body not even known science is sure. So you cannot term anything entirely under 'mental disorder'.
As far as Homosexuality is concerned it's very personal thing to practice and in social context as a responsible citizen one should always practice it in context with the law of the land.

If seen from a natural Perspective then it seems but when analysed from the orientation of the thoughts of a person including the life as a child & then the psychology related to it Homosexuality cannot be termed as a mental disorder but a mental Orientation regarding the structure of attraction & perception of fondness towards the same Gender !!
