Q.

We in India have a great culture but recently the people have started using American slangs and started eating pizzas and burgers! Does such activities increase one's esteem in the society?

Nobody forces them to eat burgers and pizzas and use slang - they do it of their own free well - it's called freedom of choice - for better or worse and it certainly does not increase a person's esteem in society - any society!!

Trust yourself, then you will know how to live.It is our own mental attitude which makes the world what it is for us. Our thought make things beautiful, our thoughts make things ugly. The whole world is in our own minds. Learn to see things in the proper light. First, believe in this world...
