Q.

We should not criticise the efforts of police who arrest the people involved in the killings of innocents. It is a fashion now a days to criticise police unnecessarily which downs the moral of security forces and benefits terrorists. Your views plz?

It is a fact that critisizing police and law in the name of caste and community is very much "IN THING" in latest fashion. But they dont understand that they are unknowingly helping the game plan of the terrorist. As informed by the police, terrorist were trained, how to face the police investigations. They may easily win sympathy of so called human right activists and so called welwishers of community. There is no one bigger than law.

What police are you calling. Right from morning to late night, rather 24 hours of the day they are busy taking hafta.
Early morning 1 o clock its the people returning from office in private vehicles who are harassed.
4 o clock its the raid at the bhangarwallas shop
5 o clock its the tea stall
6 o clock cigaratte stall near the tea stall
7 o clock its the road side snacks stall near the tea stall
8 o clock its the news paper wallah
9-12 its the bhajiwalla, machchi walla, chicken walla and the fruit wallah.
In the evening its the same again, add to it young couples having some chit chat on the road after a boring day at work or college. Now what makes us feel proud about the police force. Todays newspaper(TOI, Mumbai) tells that Gujarat police were sitting for two months on information revealing conspiricy of the recent bomb blasts. The logic, if the crime is averted before hand the chance of their promotion and rewards are less than if any one is caught after the act of crime.

I am answering the answer of TAHER SYED that If we agree that police in India is corrupt and catch wrong persons but reality can not be neglected that 100% terrorists belong to Islam not only in India but all over the world. They have disturbed global peace and for their aims target innocents every where.

What if you have seen 99% of the time they are corrupt, liers and dont lack the knowledge how to investigate a case. Most of the policemen we have dont know what is criminal investigatin, many cant even see properly they are the fatest ppl who just know eating for free. Just to get medals they can and they do accuse anybody. There is no proof required for all of that.
Why are the most cases being transferred to CBI now a days? Due to the same reason. We cannot trust police.
But only in case of any terrorist acts we (indians) trust police blindly if they catch any muslim. No one, even for a second, wants to rethink if this is the real culprit. It can be another "Rajesh Talwar" but instead of we asking for proof or reasoning, we work like the unofficial police spokesman, demanding punishment for him directly. Infct the guy can be the sweeper in your street or someone who never knew what politics is.

It doesnt mean terrorist shouldnt be forgiven, never. In fact, Islam c ...more
