Besides Air India which other airways do the New Delhi Singapore flights I dont mind the foreign carriers too as long as they are not too expensive.

Google will give you the names and tariffs of all airlines covering your destinations, so you can make a comparative of timings as well as fares and decide accordingly.

Indigo, Malaysia Airways, Jet airways, Cathay Pacific and many more fly the delhi Singapore flights. The rates differ from sector to sector as some are direct and some with stops in-between.
