Bengalis always prefer sweets delicacies as snacks.In Andhra evening favourite snacks is mirchi bajji why bitter snacks are desired in Andhra ?.Is there any health reasons?It remains a puzzle for me......

Andhra being the leading producer of red chili and rice in India, these two factors cause the traditional dishes to be mostly rice based with liberal use of spices making the food one of the richest and spiciest foods in the world.
In Bengal ,Milk is an important source of nutrition, and also a key ingredient in Bengals plethora of desserts. Most of the sweets of Bengal such as Rasagolla are milk based.
Hence every region in the world usually consume and make food based on the availability of vegetables,meat,fish and other products in abundance in that particular region.

In Andhra Pradesh there is dense location of PILEs CLINIC

In West BENGAL there are more clinic of Endocrinologists and Diabetics

For Andhra all oily food which increase cholesterol chances of heart attack and BP.
For Bengali all sweet which will increase your weight mean BP, Sugar, anything will happen.
