Whats in a name? After Madras became Chennai and Bombay became Mumbai, I think its a fad which is now going to stop.
Mysuru, belgavi and many other change of city names have been proposed along with bengaluru.

bengaluru... i feel better saying "idu namma bengaluru" than saying "idu namma bangalore"" ... bengaluru is a name with namma accent...you know what i mean??

due to just give the touch of regionalism ,why we r changin the name of such developed cities which are recognised wld wd .it will create confusion and also make mockery of us in international arena.i prefare banglore only.
