At least at my birth place as well as adopted place, I hv nt seen much of malice by dande wale. These people never take any such dominations or dictat. Once it happened in Mangalore and people reaction was good enough to not recur again.
On the otherside, it has been taken as just part of fun life and today paper says inflation and recession has shown itz heat on even valentine day and there is not much of sales of gift items this year as well as not much sales for party too. That means our system is still sensitive to balancing forces and still hv not cultivated the habit of take a piggy ride on credit life.
