"Barfi".....The name was mispronounced from Murphy......The leading brand of transistors in 70's....Have you seen or listened Murphy Radio or Transisters???

....yes....murphy radio....its logo was a cute baby with finger in the mouth....the radio was very popular in India in the mid 60s and 70s.
