It can be contested in courts as to under what capacity and authority a person can be banned from entering a public place. How can such a decision be taken arbitrarily!? The only competent authority to pronounce judgement after a complete procedure as required by Law is a Court of Law. And definitely not a MCI or BCCI etc. Do MCI or BCCI have judicial powers to announce such judgements?
It is a matter of fundamental rights of a citizen. Was SRK booked for creating law and order problems? Was an FIR lodged against him? Then this makes it a police case and MCI/BCCI have nothing to do with it. And their banning him for 5 years is just a foolishness. MCI/BCCI can be dragged to courts by SRK for this.

Nothing will happen to Shah Rukh and he will simply go scot free for using abusive language in a public place. This will be a great role model for his fans to follow.
