There is no minimum limit, but there can be maximum limit for Credit Card and for Debit Card one has to be careful about the balance in their account

Never tried that thing, sorry.. but you can try from rs. 10, and you will know..the exact amount for sure.

Agar aapne purchases ke liye credit card, bank ki site par register karwa rakha hain toh aap 100 rs ki shopping bhi kar sakte hain..par usko EMI mein convert mat karwaiyega.........kyunki EMI conversion ki kuch min limit hoti hain........
