Both have good scope in todays's market, better go for electronics where there are more opportunities.
Also choose some good university for admission like nims, bits, lpu.

Out of the two electronics have more scope of placement.. it is interesting as well,,, college from which u proceed ur graduation also matters.. if u have very good knowledge but do not have a college name then also u might have to suffer.. look for good colleges like thapar, dtc, pec, amity, lpu, etc

If ur scope is India: placement wise it is electronics
if u r delimiting urslf and abroad is also an option for u even if it is in long term, then nano tech will yield u btr reslts...
simple funda, short term view- electronics, long term view-nano tech.
