If the GOI was afraid, the execution wudnt have taken place, Must've maintained secrecy to avoid political wranglings over the hanging issue.

After so many scams ,allegations by arvid kejriwal the government image is all time low.So to regain some image they have done this and also not to hurt the sentiments of their voters from minority religion.

There was no secrecy.
They just executed what was due once the legal hurdle was cleared.
These days, has the media become so ignorant and arrogant that they want to be involved prior to anything....?

This will remain a mystery for some time untill the Dengu rumour is solved.
Our media will dig out the real story, one day or other.
As it is there are no reason for GOI to be afraid.
