As per studies, fear of getting old is one of the most dreaded in the world. How far this is true???

I dont think so , as a person will not get old by one year or two or three it will need long time to be old as the person suppose to aware of that and expected that

Probably the study was by negative minded people .............Let us not look back. often, to know our age ...if we go on looking backward always , then we may continue to make a merry go round in our balance life ....yes learning from past mistakes are good but one cannot regret making mistakes whole life......... if we go on regretting for each and every mistake , then we will continue to do mistake half of our life and balance half , we will spend for regret for those mistakes
