I won't go into too much details as I don't believe in absolving one of his/ her responsibility. Husband/ Wife, whosoever is phalandering outside certainly owns the responsibility for his/her extra-marital acts and cannot blame the other person for his/ her acts. No it's not a justification, even though it can be a reason for sure.
Well for every reason, should there be action?? Point to ponder!! That way, every crime is justified and no punishment be given. Even Al Capone justified his actions!!

Yr. m/l is very correct. If u can't give what he wants definitely he will hunt outside. Be careful and don't hesitate to co-operate with him.

Is your husband having an affair, in that case visit a marriage councillor,
if your mum in law just made a statement she's not entirely wrong, also the husband may not be strong enough to resist temptation
