Q.

God is Just and manifest His justice, He established the system of accountability. Those who do good will be rewarded and those who do wrong will be punished accordingly. Thus, He created Heaven and Hell and there are admission criteria for both. Muslims believe that the present life is a temporary one. It is a test and if we pass the test, we will be given a life of permanent pleasure in the company of good people in Heaven. Do Muslims believe in the hereafter ?

Jameel Sab, All the Doctrine and Religious belief is according to the present thinking and absorbing capacity of the society of the said ERA.. I wud like to evaluate.. why there is a detoriation in the Society at Present.. and Why there is a misbelief and detoriation in the Institution of Religion..

The Growth of the Society is the Continious process just as the Purification of the Soul in the Virtual World.. The Religion which is a procession towards the Spiritual upliftment needs continious evolution to create a compatible platform with the Progress of the Materialist World.. If there is a lackcity and a drawback in the Religious World..it will not be able to Nurture the Society.. Religion need Continious UPGRADATION..

Hell and Heavens expressed in Mythologies were the ways of expression in the said ERA to make a common man understand to the Virtues towards Soul Purification.. But now, when there is an Enlightment of the REASONING.. We need to make understand the Difference a ...more

Every soul without doubt desires for the justice ,every one wronged desires to sek justice ,hitler killed six million people ,which justice system can punish him equal to his crimes ,there are millions living due to injustice on them ,who will give them justice here being victims of opression discrimination etc etc
Every soul will get absolute justice ,even an atom of good deed can not be overlooked , every one says they are on right path but God will decide every one's acts ,intentions in this time of test in the world
without concept of hereafter there is no meaning of good or bad , hence absolute justice is imperative and only day of judgement provides this with all human beings ,angels massengers of god being witness to that day when no soul will be wronged and those who disobeyed God knowingly will also get their due .

Yes all muslims believe in the hereafter ,The word "hereafter" appears 134 times in Quran
(2:130) Now, who else can have aversion to the way of Abraham but the one who has debased himself with folly and ignorance? Abraham was the man whom We chose for Our service in this world, and in the Next World he shall be among the righteous
3:148) Thereupon Allah granted them the reward of this world as well as a better reward of the World to Come. Allah loves those who do good
(6:32) The life of this world is nothing but a sport and a pastime,20 and the life of the Hereafter is far better for those who seek to ward off their ruin. Will you not, then, understand?
Expalanation*20. This does not mean that earthly life has nothing serious about it and that it has been brought into being merely as a sport and pastime. What this observation means is that, compared with the true and abiding life of the Hereafter, earthly life seems, as it were, a sport, a transient pastime with which to amuse one ...more

They do not know the truth

"Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. 4He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away."

5He who was seated on the throne said, "I am making everything new!" Then he said, "Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true."

6He said to me: "It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To him who is thirsty I will give to drink without cost from the spring of the water of life. 7He who overcomes will inherit all this, and I will be his God and he will be my son. 8But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liarstheir place will be in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death."

Yes they do. Believing in hereafter is important article of faith in Islam. Without hereafter there is no meaning to our deeds be it good or bad. There is no Eemaan without belief in hereafter and if there's no eemaan then there is no muslim.
