As per a news paper report today India is behind China in the number of billionaires. If so, how could this happen when China is ruled by the communist party? Your views?

Wtz there now in China is a Mixed Economy though they call themselves Communist.

The irony of Communists is "All are Equal but few are More Equal". With higher popullation, may be they have more no. of equals :P

The global market conditions and the fall in the share prices have pushed the Indians down. But, once the market stabilizes, Indian billionaires will outnumber that of China.
