I don't know whether I enrich this Forum or not. But when ever I come here, I try and do justice to the Questions I choose to answer and I have been doing this for the past four and half years now. Try and meet the expectations of the Questioner to the best of my ability.

GC, All are educated adults here ,who would be responsible humanbeings, too . But It depends upon each person's Nature and Interest what kind of participation he /she wanted to give , whether to enrich the forum or to spoil the harmony and atmosphere of the forum......!

They can answer with some ref article ...............
The suggested amount of water to drink is around 33 ml of water for every kg of body weight i.e. 2.3 liters for a 70 kg person (around 1/2 ounce for every pound i.e. 60 oz for a 120 lb person). Much of your body is made up of water. Not drinking enough water will leave you under-hydrated or even dehydrated. Since weight loss depends on how the body eliminates wastes, the body must stay hydrated.
