A mix of both. first comes responsibility followed by rights,. while responsibility is big to shoulder and can affect me and others , my rights are my own and hence first is responsibility

Responsibility ko maaro goli.....pahle bataao mere hisse ka BPL chawal kon kha gaya.....Gorment se milnewala mera NREGA paisa kon hadap liya....?

Responsibilities pe hamesha se dhyaan raha.. kyuki bachpan se yahi sikhaya gaya (ghar me sabse badi jo hu). but right... unhe to aksar bhulna pada. kabhi haalaton ke kaaran, kabhi apno ke kaaran.........

Responsibility first. Sometimes you have full right to have, but becuse of your responsibilites not allowing, you have to ignore sometime.
