No ! Absolutely not !
The "Standard" should be world-class & uniform,( no appeasing curriculum for minorities) throughout the country, from RECEPTION TO POST-DOCTORAL level- BUT with the exception that there M U S T be cmmpulsory 100 marks, from class V to class-X, for Civics, morality, ethics, honesty, enviorenment & Sociology.

Yes,because it helps a student to earn a decent living,prove to be a better citizen of the country n create wealth for the nation.It is a different matter that most of the students do not accept this.
