He is the one who comes from a respectful family. He has genuine intention to serve the Nation. Therefore he thinks that he need some more experiences in political administration and that is why he is reluctant to accept the assignment till he gets the required experience. But those who are always greedy after the swallowing of public funds and getting huge corruption are running after the ministerial berth to immediately misuse the power and earn ignoring the fact that they do not know what is what in the ministry. Even those who do not know english or hindi and who could not even understand any questions raised in hindi or in english by any member of the parliament, are quarrelling and threatening the PM to award them the particular ministerial berth where they could easily mint money by misusing the powers. The reason behind is that they are from such a worst kind of family which has nothing but illegally earned money in crores.

I think thats the right decision by refusing the ministry at this point of time. H ewould focus in building the party more and more while her mom will have say to the govt operations. This will make the party even stronger , specially in the cow belts. He might accept the offer of PM after 3 yrs

Accepting ministry will restrict him to his dept. He will also have to go with consensus of cabinet. Being out of govt. gives him more space to air his views. He already has power to influence others in govt. He also wants to gain experience by strenghtening Conress specially by inducting youth. He also aims for highest office.
