How to know online whether its snowing in katra vaishnodevi at this time in december or not ?

Snowing in Katra is very rare ( when mercury dips too down). Regarding on-line weather at Katra, probably there is no means to get it. However, I have view of the hill of Mata Vaishno Devi from Jammu and can see wherether the peaks are while or not.
