In Hinduism,peacock is associated with Saraswati, a deity representing benevolence, patience, kindness,compassion &knowledge. Peacocks have a special relation with Lord Krishna.He wears peacock feathers on his head,& ties them with his flute.D Peacock is also d mount of Hindu God of war Murugan, also called Kartikeya, d bro of Lord Ganesha.Similar 2 Saraswati,d peacock is associated with Kwan-yin in Asian spirituality. But in our Zoarastrian religion its a myth not 2 wear anything with Peacock print as it bring bad luck since at our Tower of Silence dey r der.Hw 2 convince my parents my belief

If you don't know about religions, don't speak about them. Peacock is not associated with Saraswati. It's Swan. Making incorrect remarks about religions is dangerous.

Well, peacock represents to spirituality/divine ........ it is fact that , peacock is the only bird which never have physical relation with it's partner for reproduction purpose ......... that is why, peacock feather was being used by Lord Krishna ....... it is told that , lord krishna was having 16,000 Gopanganas but he was not having any physical relation with them , Gopanganas were none other than the Muni Rishis(Saints) who wanted their salvation ...... they approched to Lord Vishnu for their salvation but Lord Vishnu assured them to gave the salvation(Mokshya) only in the Dwapar Yug with their service towards him ...... and they got their Mokshya in Dwapar Yug in shape up of Divine Love as GOPIs ........ so far as Mata Saraswati is concern, Peacock was the vehicle of Saraswati ...... here peacock represents to KNOWLEDGE in literature which is consisting of ALANKAR , CHHANDA, VYAKARAN etc ....... without which one can't be termed as a man of Literature ........
