Neither , I have been always a team oriented person ........... The will to win, the desire to succeed, the urge to reach full potential with team members by dreaming together ........... these are the keys that will unlock the door to more and more personal excellence.also

Process vs Results Oriented People (or how to stop losing your mind in the comments section)!! This is certainly somewhat simplistic, but I believe you can boil down most people (of all stripes) down to one of two types: results-oriented or process-oriented. And they tend to despise each other. And no political party functions effectively without both of them. Of course there is a spectrum, but no matter where you are on the spectrum, you are instinctively more one than the other. Why is this important? Because I believe that if we are going to elevate our discourse, we might start by understanding where people are coming from, so instead of dismissing each other as sell-outs or trolls, we can understand that we might both want the same things, but will always fundamentally disagree about the best ways of achieving them.
