Generally fire springeth from smoke,but extremely doubtful individuals can be suffocating and clastrophobic,they just cant be cured,nor convinced,so its better to move on and let them be...with their baseless notions and imaginitive fears.

We shouldn\'t explain much, once it gets established that they are real doubting Thomas. Whatever we explain will generate a few new doubts and it becomes a never ending chain.
