Leadership quality can be seen in both sexes .Margaret Thatcher is regarded as the best PM of UK , Indhira Gandhi, Jeyalalitha, Sheila Dixit, and other woman leaders have proved and proving that they are at par with their male counter parts. Hilary Clinton is rated over Bill Clinton and Barak Obama by many Americans. As such no comparison is necessary here.
