It is beyond comprehension,that some of the senior player who, even after repeated failures are maintained but the less unfortunates, the new player when fail even once are thrown out and their future is sealed. The senior players are treated as holy cows and even to talk about them is blasphemy. Unless the promising young players are given chance in and tested in at least 5 matches, it is injust them. We have always shown love and treated suitably, the seniors,probably they were given much more than they deserved, but when they are not performing they should be retired.
