No. this should come from within from every citizen. and in our country, everyone has become selfish. there are reasons to become selfish. population, no guarantee of tomorrow, no jobs, recession, inflation are some the reasons. so everybody is eager to fill his pockets & least bothered about others. as long as this attitude is there, we can not overcome corruption.

Syed Bhai, when you or me have to pay Rs. 100 crores for a Rajya Sabha Seat, what would be our expectations? This answers your question. Vadra without even spending (forget investing) a single penny, made Rs. 52 crores and the one investing Rs. 100 crores will not be taking sanyas in Himalayas.

First start with stopping the black money when you purchase or sell real estate. Stop paying bribe to traafic police and custom officers. Be united as a society beyond th elines of caste and religion. Automatically corruption will reduce by huge percentage. The rest is in the hands of the elected government.
