Three things make the disaster management successful

Administrative urgency

Resources and infrastructure

Dedication of the disaster fighter

Except the last one, we very much lack in other two. So, we cannot say we are good in disaster management.

Well when we say 'disaster mangement', it could not be personally or indivitaly. The action is to taken jointly -all affected-. Personally it could be a loss or a grate loss.
